Welcome to Zyloa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zyloa application and its related services. By downloading, installing, or using Zyloa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
Zyloa is a travel diary application designed for users to create, store, and view personal travel memories.
Zyloa is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow access to users under 18, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if this requirement is violated.
Zyloa provides users with tools to:
• Upload and store travel diary content
• Create personal travel entries using text and media
• View, organize, and manage previously created diary records
We may update, modify, or improve features of the service at any time without prior notice.
By using Zyloa, you agree that you will:
• Only upload content that you have the legal right to use
• Ensure that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not upload harmful, illegal, offensive, or abusive material
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the application
• Use the service in a lawful and respectful manner
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, and store in the application.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of the travel diary content you upload to Zyloa. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and necessary license to:
• Store and process your content for the purpose of providing app functionality
• Display your diary entries within the application interface
• Enable backup, syncing, and history features if applicable
We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to:
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Use the app for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the application
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
Zyloa stores user-generated travel diary content to provide core functionality. Storage may occur locally on your device or on secure servers depending on system design. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data where applicable.

We strive to maintain stable service, but we do not guarantee that Zyloa will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
Zyloa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding:
• Continuous availability of the service
• Accuracy or reliability of stored content
• Absence of errors, bugs, or interruptions
Use of the application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyloa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the application
• Loss or corruption of data
• Unauthorized access to user content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zyloa at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zyloa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
